Alcaraz Stuns Sinner, Sets Up Showdown with Medvedev in Indian Wells

Carlos Alcaraz ended Jannik Sinner 19-match unbeaten streak to advance to the final against Daniil Medvedev at Indian Wells. Despite Sinner leading 2-1 in the first set before a rain delay, Alcaraz rallied to win 1-6 6-3 6-2. Medvedev also came back from a set down to win his semi-final against Tommy Paul.

Alcaraz expressed satisfaction with his mental resilience and tactical adjustments while Sinner acknowledged the tough competition. Alcaraz aims to win his first title since Wimbledon last year while Medvedev is determined to reverse last year’s final outcome.
