Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has acknowledged the club’s interest in Kylian Mbappe who is set to leave Paris Saint-Germain in the summer. Mbappe has informed PSG of his intention to depart when his contract expires making him a free agent. While Real Madrid is considered the frontrunner several Premier League clubs including Arsenal have been linked.
Arteta confirmed Arsenal’s interest but suggested that luring Mbappe to London might be challenging. The French forward rejected a move to Real Madrid in 2022 and had a record bid from Al Hilal last summer. Arsenal is expected to seek a new striker in the upcoming transfer window. Ivan
