Charles Leclerc Surpasses Verstappen in Australian Grand Prix Practice Sessions

In Friday’s practice sessions for the Australian Grand Prix, Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc outpaced Red Bull’s Max Verstappen with Leclerc leading by 0.381 seconds. Verstappen encountered difficulties, damaging his floor early on and struggling to match Leclerc’s pace later.

Meanwhile, Mercedes, particularly Lewis Hamilton, faced challenges with pace and handling issues. Red Bull’s performance was not as dominant as expected, and several drivers, including Verstappen, experienced off-track moments.

Despite these setbacks, Ferrari showed promise, with Carlos Sainz also performing well. McLaren’s Lando Norris predicted a strong showing from Ferrari in qualifying, while Leclerc remained cautiously optimistic about their chances.
