Charlie Woods Takes Swing at Qualifying for PGA Tour’s Cognizant Classic

Charlie Woods the son of Tiger Woods is set to compete in a pre-qualifying event at Lost Lake Golf Club for the Cognizant Classic aiming to secure one of the four available spots. The 15 years old has been making strides in his golf career winning a state championship with his high school team and participating in the PNC Championship alongside his father.

Tiger Woods has praised Charlie’s abilities noting his impressive growth and evolving swing. Charlie’s progress includes powerful drives and he will face the challenge of pre-qualifying to join the field at the Cognizant Classic alongside notable players like Rory McIlroy and Justin Rose. Tiger Woods emphasizes the enjoyment of watching his son’s development without placing undue expectations on him.
