Excitement Builds as PGL Dota 2 Wallachia Season 1 Announces Invited Teams and Format

PGL Dota 2 Wallachia Season 1 set to take place in May has invited ten teams to compete in Bucharest Romania with a $1 million prize pool. Among the invited teams are familiar names like Falcons and BetBoom along with surprises like Heroic and Team Secret.

Additionally, six more teams will join through open and closed qualifiers across various regions. The tournament format includes a 16 teams Swiss format group stage with the top eight advancing to the playoffs featuring a double elimination bracket with best of three matches culminating in a best of five grand final.
