An investigation into allegations of inappropriate behavior against Red Bull Formula 1 team boss Christian Horner is scheduled for a hearing on Friday. Red Bull is taking the allegations seriously and has initiated an independent investigation led by an external specialist barrister.
Although the nature of the complaint has not been officially disclosed it is reported to involve accusations of inappropriate and controlling behavior. Horner who has been the team principal since 2005 denies the claims.
The hearing will take place in the UK and Red Bull aims to complete the investigation as soon as possible. The team is set to launch its latest car on February 15 ahead of the upcoming F1 season starting in Bahrain on March 2.
