Historic Achievement: Sinner Becomes First Italian Man to Reach ATP No. 3

Jannik Sinner secured his second consecutive tournament victory by defeating Alex de Minaur 7-5, 6-4 in the ABN AMRO Open final in Rotterdam.

Sinner playing for the first time since winning the Australian Open claimed his 12th career tour-level title and will rise to No. 3 in the ATP rankings becoming the first Italian man to achieve this historic ranking.

Meanwhile, wildcard Facundo Diaz Acosta won his first ATP Tour title at the Argentina Open defeating third seed Nicolas Jarry 6-3, 6-4 in the final. Diaz Acosta saved all six break points he faced to secure the remarkable victory.
