Millwall All-Time Top Scorer Neil Harris Returns as Head Coach

Former Millwall manager Neil Harris has returned to the club to replace the sacked head coach Joe Edwards. Edwards was dismissed after a run of seven defeats in eight games left the club one point above the Championship relegation zone.

Harris who was appointed Cambridge United manager in December will now be back at The Den on a contract until June 2025. Harris the club’s all-time top scorer expressed his honor and privilege to return. He previously managed Millwall from 2015 to 2019.

Edwards who took over in November lost 11 of his 19 matches in charge. Millwall is currently 21st in the Championship and Harris’s first match in charge will be against Southampton.
