This move comes after the 24-year-old, hailing from South Carolina, transitioned from representing the United States earlier this year. Raised by Birmingham-emigrant parents, Crawford, now armed with a UK passport, is set to compete against Czech Vit Kopriva for a chance at his first main draw Grand Slam appearance.
A product of the University of Florida, Crawford has been active on the Futures circuit.
