Rotherham United manager Leam Richardson expressed mixed emotions after his team’s 4-3 defeat to Ipswich stating that the match showcased “the good, the bad and the ugly” aspects of their performance. Despite taking the lead early and equalizing in added time, they conceded the winning goal moments later.
Rotherham is currently at the bottom of the Championship 14 points away from safety. Richardson acknowledged the players’ effort but lamented the late concession. Rotherham has lost their last five matches and is yet to secure an away win this season.
Their next challenge is against QPR and Richardson hopes for a similar performance with a different outcome.
