Tottenham Hotspur to Face Manchester United in Women’s FA Cup Final

Tottenham Hotspur will take on Manchester United in the Adobe Women’s FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, May 12. Marc Skinner team secured a 2-1 victory over last season’s champions Chelsea at Leigh Sports Village. Lucia Garcia scored within the first minute followed by Rachel Williams doubling their lead.

Despite Lauren James pulling one back for Chelsea, Tottenham sealed their spot in the final for the second consecutive season. In the semi-final at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, they defeated Leicester City by the same scoreline in 120 minutes.

Jutta Rantala opened the scoring but Jess Naz equalized for Leicester City in the 83rd minute. Martha Thomas then secured the victory with a 118th-minute winner.
