Esports organization Team Flash based in Singapore and Vietnam has announced a partnership with Vietnamese telecommunications company FPT Corporation (FPT Telecom). The collaboration will involve organizing tournaments in Vietnam and internationally joint research and development of new technologies and content creation. Team Flash a prominent esports brand in Vietnam, fields teams in various countries in the region including Cambodia, Thailand and Singapore competing in games such as Free Fire, Arena of Valor, League of Legends and MLBB.
FPT Corporation, Vietnam’s largest telecommunications company sees this partnership as a strategic move to enhance gaming infrastructure in the country marking its first major esports collaboration. The joint effort aims to extend beyond activations and content creation with FPT leveraging Team Flash’s expertise to improve its infrastructure and involving esports players and staff in research and development. The partnership also includes plans for organizing esports events in Vietnam and abroad with specific details yet to be disclosed.
